- Proven ability as an SME in a range of systems
- Experience of working within medium/large sized project transitions
- Experience in managing relationships with key internal and external technical stakeholders
- Willing and eligible to undergo required clearance for this position
Responsibilities
- Support Linux, storage, virtualisation and backup environments
- Work within a dynamic operations team handling 3rd line infrastructure
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Assist in project transitions and technical refresh initiatives
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
