Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with strong technical knowledge and understanding of server infrastructure and operating systems.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to apply technical knowledge in a support environment.
- A proven track record of engagement in change and project implementation is essential.
- I require a record of Incident, Problem, and Change Management experience.
- Applicants must be willing and eligible to undergo the necessary clearance for this position.
Responsibilities
- As an Associate Technical Service Engineer, you will join my dynamic 3rd line infrastructure engineering team, supporting Linux, storage, virtualization, and backup environments.
- The role involves working within a collaborative operations team and effectively communicating with people at all levels.
- You will have the opportunity to engage with a customer who is embarking on a major technical refresh, providing plenty of challenges and learning opportunities for the right candidate.

- This position is based in Belfast due to its proximity to the data centers, and it is a hybrid role.
