Requirements
Must:
- You must be willing and able to go through high-level security clearance.
- You should be a self-starter, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact at all levels.
- You must be able to travel within the South/Southwest area weekly and with limited notice.
- Ideally, you will have a design and development background and experience in configuring and supporting Gateways.
Your experience will include:
- Infrastructure: VMware, RHEL, Windows
- Microsoft: Active Directory, DNS, RDS
- Infrastructure: vSphere, Trellix, SIEM
- Gateways: Appliances and their software
- Networking: Citrix NetScaler, Wireshark
- Storage: NetApp SAN, Backup, NAS
- PKI: Management applications
- Web: Applications and protocols
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement necessary changes to support Gateway functionalities and maintain availability.
- Provide designs for changes as requested by the customer in collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Work directly with the Solution Owner and Engineering Lead to support daily tasks.
- Provide troubleshooting support to SOC and 3rd line teams as issues arise.
