Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: - Providing operational support and development for our newly created hosting platform and environments running 24/7 across two data centers and remote offices throughout the UK. - Supporting existing platforms until they are decommissioned, ensuring high levels of service across multiple BAU activities. - Performing system configuration changes and upgrades, and liaising with third parties and internal teams. - Collaborating closely with the project team and having the opportunity to engage in a wide array of project-based work. - Offering technical direction and mentoring to the 2nd-line support team.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, with a total of 37 hours per week. Out-of-hours cover will be required, providing on-call assistance on a rotating basis, typically one week in four. You may need to attend the office during this period if warranted.
