- Proven experience (typically 5 years or more) in Enterprise Management tooling.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to analyze requirements and negotiate consensus in bids and delivery projects.
- Familiarity with business IT infrastructures and the tools necessary for efficient management, particularly monitoring, patching, and automation systems for Windows and Linux.
- Experience working with sensitive systems in secure environments.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying new tools and necessary integrations to create effective systems.
- Ability to plan the work for a team to build, test, and roll out a new toolset.
- Experience in creating cost models or budgets for the build and deployment of new toolsets.
- Strong technical documentation skills with the ability to formally document designs and plans.
- Eligibility and willingness to undergo high level security clearance.

Responsibilities
- As an Enterprise Management Lead Architect, I will oversee the design of new management systems for our largest customers, collaborating closely with Solution Owners.
- I will manage a team of approximately 20 EM Architects, facilitating their training and development, reviewing designs, and establishing high-level strategy for management tooling across systems in Fujitsu Defence.
- I will set exemplary standards for data security, showcasing innovative approaches to technical design and deployment of IT systems in secure environments.
- My role will involve producing designs and plans that instill confidence in customers regarding Fujitsu’s ability to meet their requirements while ensuring practicality and cost-effectiveness.
