Requirements
Must:
- I require experience in supporting end users with technical queries related to multiple products and systems (e.g., Microsoft products, operating systems, networks, applications, PCs).
- I value an understanding of the customer's environment and service delivery requirements to ensure effective service delivery.
- I expect you to have the ability to follow established processes and systems, documenting actions taken to resolve inquiries.
- You should take ownership by listening to and understanding customer problems, escalating issues as necessary to meet or exceed customer expectations and Service Level Agreements.
- Accountability for learning about current products and systems to build your technical knowledge is essential to support business needs.

- As a self-sufficient Technical Service Engineer, I need you to ensure our customers’ services run smoothly.
- You will be expected to work efficiently under pressure and manage unexpected problems and complex escalations autonomously.
- I want you to contribute to maintaining the availability of IT services delivered to end users and deliver low to medium complexity work packages as part of customer implementation projects.
- You will be part of a high-performing engineering shift team that is both friendly and customer-focused, providing support for multiple technologies across various customers.

This role is based at our Belfast site and follows a full-time shift working on a rota basis.
