Requirements
Must:
- Solid background in implementing and supporting Wide Area Network architectures
- Major routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
- VPN technologies and security platforms (e.g., IKEv2, next-generation firewalls)
- Technical documentation skills for turning high-level design into detailed configuration and deployment steps
- Experience with modern data centre networking (spine-leaf topologies, EVPN, BGP, Geneve) (bonus)
- Knowledge of high-assurance encryption solutions (bonus)
- Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) (bonus)
- Experience with white-box networking platforms (e.g., Mellanox, Cumulus, Nvidia) (bonus)
- NSX troubleshooting and support knowledge (bonus)
- Cisco CCNP-level knowledge or similar practical expertise
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and support robust LAN and large-scale WAN environments
- Translate application-specific needs into precise and secure firewall policies
- Experiment, test, and validate emerging technologies in a lab/POC setting
- Apply Secure-by-Design principles throughout network solutions
