Requirements
Must:
- Solid background in implementing and supporting Wide Area Network architectures
- Experience with major routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
- Proficiency in VPN technologies and security platforms (e.g., IKEv2, next-generation firewalls)
- Skills in technical documentation, turning high-level design into detailed configuration and deployment steps
- (Bonus) Experience with modern data centre networking (spine-leaf topologies, EVPN, BGP, Geneve)
- (Bonus) Familiarity with high-assurance encryption solutions
- (Bonus) Knowledge of automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- (Bonus) Experience with white-box networking platforms (e.g., Mellanox, Cumulus, Nvidia)
- (Bonus) Skills in NSX troubleshooting and support
- (Bonus) Cisco CCNP-level knowledge or similar practical expertise
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and support robust LAN and large-scale WAN environments
- Translate application-specific needs into precise and secure firewall policies
- Experiment, test, and validate emerging technologies in a lab/POC setting
- Apply Secure-by-Design principles throughout network solutions
