Infrastructure Engineer - Farnborough - Permanent

- Maintain, improve, and secure multi-classification virtualised collaboration and development environments. - Support the enhancement of Secure by Design practices across internal systems and project deliveries. - Provide infrastructure support across public cloud services (Microsoft 365/Azure) and hybrid environments throughout implementation and support lifecycles. - Manage infrastructure maintenance through change control processes. - Monitor and triage alerts across ticketing and security systems, performing appropriate actions. - Ensure all platforms are patched in line with provider recommendations and internal security policy. - Rapidly assess and respond to incidents, ensuring service restoration and completion of follow-up actions. - Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to boost stability and performance. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of secure cloud, network and virtualisation technologies. - Share expertise through documentation, knowledge articles and team collaboration.
