Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with eBonding expertise. You should have proven experience in driving and delivering projects using commercial contracts. A strong background in project management principles, methods, techniques, and emerging trends is essential. Formal qualifications such as APM/P, Certified Project Manager, and Prince 2 or equivalent are required. You should also have experience in managing customer expectations and senior stakeholders, coupled with strong financial management skills, including quality forecasting. Additionally, you should have proven experience in managing staff performance and developing high-performing teams.
Desirable Skills:
While not mandatory, proficiency in PACE, CDM, and CSM, as well as experience in structuring safety cases for projects, would be advantageous. Formal qualifications in risk identification and assessment are also desirable.

Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will shape and drive the stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure the successful development and implementation of innovative business solutions for our customers. You will lead the project delivery team and supplier network, ensuring ownership of dependencies, milestones, and risks in line with our operating model standards and delivery frameworks. Your role will inspire team engagement to achieve business objectives.
You will identify and implement quality and efficiency improvement initiatives to enhance processes and deliver more effective, customer-focused solutions. Managing project risks will be a critical part of your work. You will collaborate with the business and stakeholders to establish a shared understanding of risks, ensuring they are mitigated and customer outcomes are protected. Furthermore, you will manage project delivery budgets and resources, driving governance to ensure that objectives are met, costs are controlled, and reporting is timely and accurate.

This position is a 9-month contract based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, with a daily rate of £450-£550 (via Umbrella). We offer hybrid working, with 3 days designated for onsite work.
