Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a Senior IT Technician role
- Broad Microsoft experience, including Windows Server and basic networking
- Experience leading or overseeing helpdesk teams, acting as an escalation point when required
- Proficiency in Intune and Autopilot
- Knowledge of security measures
- Valid driving license for occasional travel
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of IT to run the IT Service desk
- Rollout new technology across the business
- Lead and support the helpdesk team
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and measures
