Must:

- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Design and build reliable backend services and infrastructure tooling
- Write high-quality, maintainable code using Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Develop and maintain automated test suites
- Own the reliability, observability and performance of key services
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, investigate issues and propose solutions
- Improve system architecture, automation and deployment processes
- Support and mentor junior developers where appropriate
- Take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions through to completion
