Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SSAS Tabular, DAX, and T-SQL. You should be comfortable using Python for data modeling and predictive analytics. Proven experience in building forecasting models and 'what-if' scenarios is essential. Familiarity with AI/ML tools applied to business problems is a vital asset. You will need solid stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with teams across the business. A background in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage, and familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a central role in building advanced reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights across our business. You will work closely with stakeholders in underwriting, claims, finance, and operations, shaping data products that support decision-making at every level. You will lead the design and delivery of robust analytics solutions, utilizing Power BI, SSAS Tabular, Python, and predictive modeling techniques. In this business-facing role, you will help roll out AI tools to improve forecasting, scenario planning, and operational efficiency while enhancing existing reports and developing new solutions aligned with our strategic goals. You will also collaborate in an agile delivery environment with strong stakeholder engagement.
