Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a Lead or Senior .NET/C# engineering role, with ownership of technical decisions and delivery.
- Strong background in designing and developing modern, cloud-based architectures.
- Expertise in C#/.NET, plus capability in at least one additional backend language (Java, Golang, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with front-end ecosystems such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Solid grounding in data design, handling, security, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for engineering best practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery across client projects.
- Define and uphold engineering standards, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Guide teams in modern architectural approaches (e.g., cloud-native, MACH principles).
- Work with stakeholders, product owners, and senior client teams to shape requirements and solutions.
- Communicate technical decisions clearly, ensuring alignment across teams and functions.
- Write high-quality, maintainable .NET code backed by strong testing strategies.
- Contribute to and review technical implementation plans, ensuring smooth delivery through the full SDLC.
- Support and mentor engineers of varying experience levels, driving a culture of learning and excellence.
- Lead squads, projects, or product workstreams when required.
