Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or Security Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta configuration and integrations
- Solid understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Experience with user lifecycle management and provisioning
- Exposure to identity governance tools (SailPoint ISC desirable)
- Working knowledge of PAM tools such as Delinea (or similar)
- Background in IAM, security, or cloud identity environments
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer the Okta IAM platform, including applications, groups, policies, and MFA
- Lead application onboarding for off-the-shelf SaaS solutions into the IAM environment
- Implement and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC
- Build and support user provisioning, including API-based integrations
- Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes
- Support integrations within development environments for testing and deployment
- Provide BAU support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements
