- Demonstrated ability to connect internal priorities with external market realities
- Experience operating at Head of / Principal level, setting multi-year vision and strategy
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear multi-year product strategy and vision for the streaming platform
- Develop a strategic roadmap grounded in audience insight, commercial opportunity, and market trends
- Bring a consultative perspective to senior leadership, shaping thinking and influencing decisions at C-level
- Translate complex data, market signals, and organizational priorities into clear, compelling strategic narratives
- Act as a strategic connector across Product, Commercial, Content & Editorial, Marketing, Brand, Technology, and Corporate Strategy
- Evaluate external market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to inform long-term direction
- Build robust investment cases and prioritization frameworks to guide decision-making
Description
We are looking for a Head of Product Strategy for an initial contract of 4-6 months to shape the future of a leading UK streaming platform. This is a high-impact, senior role that will allow you to define a long-term product vision, drive platform evolution, and enhance audience engagement. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders in a hybrid environment based in Leeds or London, operating as a trusted advisor. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-stakes strategic decisions and contribute to a significant transformation agenda without line management duties.
