Head of Infrastructure and Services

- Define and own the cloud, infrastructure, and service strategy and roadmap, aligned to business, digital, and security priorities - Drive the transition to modern, scalable, and resilient platforms and services - Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of core technology services, including modern workplace, hosting, networks, platforms, and shared services - Own incident, problem, and service management processes, driving continuous service improvement - Lead cloud and infrastructure platforms (on-prem, cloud, and hybrid), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimisation - Own capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technical debt reduction - Lead the delivery of infrastructure and service change initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and platform transformations - Manage the service and infrastructure budget, including investment planning, run-cost optimisation, and value tracking - Manage strategic vendors and service providers, ensuring performance, resilience, and value for money - Lead, develop, and retain a multi-disciplinary infrastructure and service organisation - Build capability across cloud, workplace, platform, network, and service management disciplines
