Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive Data & AI strategy aligned to business objectives
- Identify high-impact opportunities for growth and efficiency through data and AI
- Plan, manage, and optimise the Data & AI function budget
- Lead and develop a high-performing Data & AI team
- Foster a culture of experimentation and responsible AI adoption
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models
- Drive AI from proof-of-concept to production-scale systems
- Establish and chair AI governance forums to manage ethics and compliance
- Drive data-led decision-making at all levels of the organisation
- Deliver scalable and accessible analytics capabilities
- Lead the transition to modern, resilient data platforms
- Implement strong governance frameworks for data stewardship and privacy
- Build relationships with senior business leaders and key partners
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
