Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams
- Support engineers in their technical and professional development
- Create clear growth paths and foster a strong performance culture
- Strengthen engineering best practices across code quality, system design, and delivery
- Help transition the organisation from early-stage startup to a scalable operating model
- Ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently with end-user needs in mind
- Foster a culture of trust, ownership, and high output without sacrificing quality
- Recruit, onboard, and retain strong engineers suited to fast-moving environments
- Work closely with product, design, and operational stakeholders to plan and execute priorities
