- Ability to translate business requirements into lower level designs
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Custom Web APIs
- Experience customising CRM entities, plugins, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Added bonus: Ability to build Azure DevOps pipelines for D365
