- Experience operating as a Lead with experience working closely with architects
- Ability to translate business requirements into lower level designs
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Custom Web APIs
- Experience customizing CRM entities, plugins, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build Azure DevOps pipelines for D365 (added bonus)
