Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong commercial experience in C++, a solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreading. You should have experience with SQL and familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are essential.
Responsibilities
As a C++ Engineer in our team, you will design, develop, and maintain C++ software components. You will contribute to architectural decisions, engage in code reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve optimizing existing code for performance, scalability, and reliability, as well as mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices across the team.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Reading, Berkshire, with a hybrid working model of three days a week onsite. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 along with great benefits, including 35 days of holiday.
