Requirements
Must:
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in an IT role within an MSP
- Knowledge on Windows Server, Backups, Virtualisation, Antivirus, Office 365, Networking essentials, Windows OS, and Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2007 – 2016
- Passion for delivering great customer service, both remotely and in person
- Knowledge of Azure, telecoms, Draytek, and Ubiquiti is beneficial
- Efficient, adaptable, flexible, and hold a Clean UK driving license
Responsibilities
- Responding to and resolving tickets, customer issues, incidents, and queries
- Provide onsite/remote support in a positive and proactive manner
- Working on a blend of IT support, networking, telecoms, and server work
- Installing/setting equipment on client site to the highest possible standard
- Working with the team on issue escalation/troubleshooting 3rd party applications
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and adopting a hands-on problem-solving approach
