Must:
As a hiring company, we expect our ideal candidate for the First Line Support Engineer role to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working as a 1st Line Support Engineer.
- Familiarity with remote access tools.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Azure, Active Directory, and Antivirus software.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for network infrastructure.
- Understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
In the First Line Support Engineer role, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to phone and email support requests while diagnosing technical problems.
- Providing 1st line support to our customer base and resolving tech-related issues.
- Managing both reactive and proactive maintenance activities.
- Contributing to IT-related projects.
- Following agreed processes and procedures to ensure smooth support delivery.
- Maintaining all IT service documentation.
