Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician with strong customer service skills
- Experience providing face-to-face onsite IT support
- Confident in using a web-based ticketing system for logging and managing all support requests
- Good knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Some understanding of IT infrastructure
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT and AV issues effectively
- Positive, proactive can do attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client IT environments
- Provide first-line technical support for a broad range of IT and AV systems onsite
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Log, update, and manage all tickets using a web-based ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to second-line support or vendors where required
- Maintain detailed logs, updates, and time tracking for all work completed
- Support hardware and software installations and configurations
- Assist with IT infrastructure management and ongoing maintenance
- Manage onsite stock levels at client locations, ensuring accuracy and availability
- Liaise with the office team to coordinate stock movement, replenishment, and inventory control
- Maintain accurate records of stock usage and movement between site and office
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
- Provide onsite (office-based) technical support to end users
