Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an individual who has prior experience with ISO27001 and ITIL audits. You should be well-versed in ITIL analysis and documentation, as this will be the core focus of your work. A strong understanding of the processes, flows, and service delivery elements across Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) from an ID, Change, and Access Controls perspective is essential. You should also be a confident communicator with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations effectively.
Responsibilities
You will provide focused support to our IT team as we prepare for upcoming ISO27001 and ITIL Service Operations audits. Your role will involve purchasing a baseline assessment of our current process state, documenting existing processes, and identifying any gaps. Additionally, you will suggest best practices where processes can be improved or are missing, all while ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services that align with recognized industry best practices.
Description
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be onsite in our central London office one day a week. The contract will be for an initial term of three months, with the possibility of extension. The day rate offered for this position ranges from £300 to £325 per day, and it falls within IR35 regulations.
