Must:
We are looking for a senior C#.Net developer or a hands-on team lead with deep experience in .NET, cloud-native systems, and web frameworks. You should possess skills in C#.Net, Azure, Blazor, and ideally CMS experience with Umbraco.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will evolve our custom bespoke platform architecture and lead development through hands-on coding and deployment. You'll work closely with the founders to set the roadmap, define priorities, and steer the engineering direction. Additionally, you will mentor engineers, enhancing our technical standards and defining best practices.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team that allows for hands-on involvement while also leading the technical function as we scale. This Head of Platforms role offers you the chance for platform ownership and the potential to grow into a CTO role within the next 1-2 years. We offer a hybrid working setup, with ideally 2 days a week in northern Oxfordshire, and a salary of up to £90,000 depending on experience.
