Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading technical teams in SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud (AWS).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and governance.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and regulated clients.
- Experience with regulated industries (Tier 1 banks desirable).
- Relevant degree and certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, AWS Security) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DevSecOps function, embedding security into development and operations.
- Champion security strategy, policies, and controls across the organization.
- Mentor and grow a team of DevSecOps engineers.
- Oversee infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.
- Engage with regulated financial institutions on cybersecurity and data management.
- Drive incident response readiness and continuous improvement of security controls.
Description
We are a fast-growing FinTech SaaS provider serving the SME finance ecosystem. With rapid growth and increasing engagement with regulated financial institutions, we are seeking a senior leader to head our DevSecOps function.
