Requirements

Must:
I am looking for candidates who have 18 months of Windows device support experience. Experience in areas such as Office365, Active Directory, PC and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and building laptops would be advantageous, but I am open to teaching areas you may be unfamiliar with. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, along with an upbeat energy and enthusiasm. It is important that you possess a personable, approachable character and feel confident communicating with non-technical customers. A willingness to engage with users, from secondary school-aged children to senior leaders, with a logical and consistent approach to problem-solving is crucial.

Responsibilities

As an IT Support Analyst, you will utilize your customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and foundational IT knowledge to provide solutions for users encountering existing issues and new requirements. You will have the opportunity to engage in new project work that involves infrastructure, network security, and project management tasks. Your role will be focused on supporting students and staff with IT service requests and troubleshooting technology problems as part of our growing IT team.

I invite you to join our prestigious secondary school education establishment located in the picturesque town of Sevenoaks, Kent. The position offers a salary of up to £31,000 dependent on your experience and skillset, along with excellent benefits such as 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 38 days total with service), free 3-course lunches, free parking, an attractive non-contributory pension scheme of up to 10%, access to an onsite fitness center, and more. Employment is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.
