Requirements
Must:
- 6 years of Unity and C# development experience
- Proven track record of delivering immersive projects across AR, VR, and MR
- Proficient at explaining technical concepts and ideas to non-technical clients and team members
- Good communication skills and experience working with clients throughout the development and project lifecycle
- Bonus points for Unreal Engine development experience, ideally with C++
- Understanding of how to integrate LLM-powered chatbots into immersive training or simulation projects
- Experience with networking or data-driven applications
Responsibilities
- Build Unity applications across VR, AR, mobile, smart devices, and touchscreen activations
- Lead and mentor a small junior development team
- Contribute to architecture and tooling decisions
- Develop training simulations, scenario-based learning, and real-time visualization tools
- Optimize performance for standalone mixed reality devices, tablets, and touchscreens
- Contribute to AI feature builds including avatars, dialogue systems, and real-time interactions
- Work closely with a talented team of Producers, 3D Artists, and Instructional Designers
