Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2–3 years experience working with Eclipse Proclaim
- Previous experience in Proclaim development, administration, or support
- Knowledge of workflow design and automation processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or integrations would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and improving workflows within Eclipse Proclaim
- Supporting users with technical issues and system queries
- Assisting with the creation and modification of templates, reports, and automated processes
- Troubleshooting and resolving Proclaim-related issues efficiently
- Working with internal departments to gather requirements and improve system functionality
- Supporting integrations with third-party platforms and software
- Testing and implementing system updates and enhancements
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation where required
- Assisting with training and onboarding users on Proclaim functionality
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with management and stakeholders on ongoing development projects
