Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading teams in Agile, customer-facing software projects.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Full-stack web development
- Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Mobile application development
- API design and development
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Front-end development and user experience (UX)
- eDV level security clearance required due to the nature of the clients work.
Responsibilities
- Leading an established team of Software Engineers.
- Building strong customer relationships through direct engagement.
- Contributing to and helping prepare technical proposals and bids.
- Assisting the customer account team in business development efforts.
- Collaborating with delivery management to identify risks, plan deliveries, and support resource allocation.
