Must:

- Expertise in data cleansing, imports, and quality management
- Ability to build dashboards and reports that support commercial teams
- Experience in supporting and training Salesforce users
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working hands-on with data
- Curiosity about process improvement and tooling
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce end-to-end across the business
- Manage backend configuration, sandbox changes, and data structure improvements
- Cleanse and maintain data quality to ensure trust in reporting
- Build dashboards and reports that sales and commercial teams will use
- Support users day-to-day and improve adoption across the business
- Work closely with senior commercial stakeholders on insight and reporting
- Handle data uploads, spreadsheet clean-ups, and ad hoc queries
- Act as the go-to Salesforce expert

We are a well-established, fast-growing business located in Manchester, seeking to hire a Salesforce Manager to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform. We offer a salary of up to £65K, a company bonus scheme, and the opportunity to work in a hybrid model—1 to 2 days a week in our city center office.
