Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in digital businesses, with a focus on app experience.
- Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience creating and managing BI dashboards and data models.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: Experience with Looker or ThoughtSpot, familiarity with Redshift or BigQuery, and experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and key metrics across the app to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports to track KPIs and enable self-service analytics across the organization.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Marketing teams to provide analytical input across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to experimentation.
- Design and run A/B tests, interpreting results to guide product strategy and feature development.
- Create data models and views to support multiple business needs in collaboration with data engineers.
- Train and support business users in using BI tools effectively to drive better decision-making.
