Requirements
Must:
- Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status (essential)
- Strong IT fundamentals across cloud, security, networking, or data
- Confidence delivering training to entry-level and career-switcher audiences
- A clear and engaging delivery style
- A supportive, learner-focused approach
- Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom-based and live online training sessions
- Deliver Microsoft fundamentals training, including AZ-900, SC-900, DP-900, and AI-900
- Provide introductory training in Networking and SQL
- Conduct 1-to-1 learner support sessions to reinforce learning and confidence
- Support learners with labs, study guidance, and progression planning
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience
- Provide training-aligned learner support during non-class hours, including lab guidance and assistance
Description
We are a growing IT training provider located in Harlow, Essex, offering a dynamic in-house role that combines classroom and live online delivery. We provide a supportive and growth-focused working environment, with a salary range of £32,000 – £36,000 per annum, 22 days annual leave, paid travel expenses, and opportunities for funded certifications and continuous professional development.
