Requirements
Must:
- Solid technical expertise in engineering, administering, and automating cloud-based and physical IT infrastructure
- Experience with tooling like Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Zoom, Slack, Jamf (macOS/iOS), and Intune (Windows/Android)
- Proven ability to identify and remove technical friction through automation solutions
- Strong experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier or Workato
- Basic scripting knowledge with Python or similar languages
- Strong leadership abilities and experience being a technical authority
- Understanding of user lifecycle processes and experience automating related workflows
- Incident management experience with a focus on root cause analysis

- Work with a small support team to automate workflows across the business and SaaS stack
- Automate user lifecycle processes and other related workflows
- Integrate various systems for optimal automation and streamlining
- Serve as a technical authority and provide leadership within the team
- Identify and implement solutions to remove technical friction
Description
We are a scaling SaaS business located in Manchester, looking for a cloud automation engineer to join our team for the next 3 months. This role can be performed remotely within the UK, although occasional visits to the office may be beneficial. Our team is dedicated to automating workflows with a focus on a cloud-based and SaaS stack, particularly using Apple products. We value strong technical expertise and are committed to providing a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.
