Requirements
Must:
- Valid authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
- Bachelors degree
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of AI, workflows, and use of Notion
- Coding skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in events, media, B2B subscriptions, or policy is welcome but not essential
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of new digital and AI solutions across the business, including HubSpot adoption and integrations
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to apply AI and technology to events, policy intelligence, sales, and operations
- Act as the internal anchor for our outsourced IT supplier and infosec consultancy, including supporting the journey to ISO certifications
- Provide first-line guidance and quick resolution on internal IT, web, and digital queries that can be handled in-house
- Help shape the businesss longer-term technology direction as it scales
