Requirements
Must:
- Degree educated in Computer Science or Business Data Processing with at least five years of operational experience.
- 5+ years of advanced programming skills with a solid understanding of SQL, JavaScript, XML, SSRS, and Power BI.
- Experience leading small to large-scale ERP implementations within diverse organisations and geographies, including compliance with local regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into effective operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve core systems across all EMEAA locations.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to implement major projects that enhance our ERP and reporting platforms.
- Lead the support and continuous improvement of ERP systems like EFACS8, Sage 300, and Sage 200.
- Manage feasibility studies and vendor evaluations.
- Contribute to architecture designs and support project planning.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes to shape innovative technology solutions.
- Support prioritisation and conduct risk analyses.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
