Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in shaping and delivering service transformation programs within customer service environments. You should be familiar with the latest technologies and best practices for enhancing service efficiency and customer experience. A strong understanding of implementing technological or systems changes (e.g., live chat, speech analytics, AI tools) and knowing when to leverage them is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to drive transformation. Additionally, you should be skilled in creating business cases that highlight cost versus expected benefits, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in producing status reports, presentations, and metrics is required. We value highly self-motivated, organized individuals who can manage multiple priorities, and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset. You should also be innovative, resilient, and open to challenges, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), and solid experience in project management and delivery.
Responsibilities
As part of our Strategy Execution plan, you will identify, shape, and lead initiatives to improve our customer service. Your primary tasks will include developing strategic and annual plans for service transformation with clear benefit cases, securing stakeholder sign-off, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate business benefits achieved. You will prepare progress reports and attend governance meetings in alignment with our Strategic Execution Delivery framework. Leading and executing the delivery of transformation initiatives on time and within scope will be essential, as well as implementing process, system, and technology changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to shape initiatives, secure their buy-in, and communicate progress, risks, and achievements clearly to senior leadership and project teams.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, based on your experience and skills.
