Must:
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in a Business Analyst role. Financial services experience is advantageous, and you should possess skills in SQL Server Management Studio (or have a working knowledge of it). You need demonstrable experience in project work and requirements definition, along with strong IT and technical capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential, as are good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload to meet deadlines. We value great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst on our Business Solutions Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify alternatives and solutions to business challenges. You will seek out system solutions to meet business requirements, recognize and recommend opportunities for business improvement, and provide key subject matter expertise to demonstrate how proposed changes can benefit business objectives and strategy. Your duties will include working with the business to capture high-level requirements and breaking those down into user stories, maintaining knowledge of business processes and system interfaces, coordinating with third-party suppliers, and reconciling system deliveries against requirements to ensure business expectations are met. Additionally, you will conduct meetings and presentations to share analysis outputs and solutions.
Description
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £63,000 per annum based on experience and skills. You will also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus depending on your performance and the companys performance. Flexible start times will support your travel to work, and after a training period, you can enjoy hybrid working with up to three days a week working from home.
