Business Analyst

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and functional requirements. Your role will involve translating complex business problems into clear, actionable insights and solution specifications, as-is and to-be mappings. You will work across multiple project streams, ensuring alignment and integration of requirements, while also supporting solution design, testing, and implementation activities. Facilitating workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with business and technical teams will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in defining business cases, benefits realization plans, and performance metrics, while ensuring that documentation and communication are clear, consistent, and fit for purpose. You will support day-to-day operations, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when required, provide general administrative and practical support, and contribute to continuous improvement. Occasional travel to customer sites and other locations may be necessary.
