Requirements
Must:
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration
- Experience of MacOS/Windows - hardware & software troubleshooting
- Professional experience working in another IT Support role
- Passion for learning and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets and project tasks
