Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience building responsive emails using HTML and CSS.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Content Builder.
- Advanced knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, and SFMC APIs.
- Experience delivering automated email campaigns and reusable templates.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and cross-client rendering.
- Experience using email testing tools (e.g. Litmus).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong QA and documentation skills.
- Ability to work at pace with strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio (desirable).
- Familiarity with interactive email technologies (e.g. Liveclicker, Movable Ink) (desirable).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Workfront) (desirable).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist / Developer) (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy automated email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop mobile-responsive, dynamic emails using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Create and maintain reusable email templates, modules, and code snippets using Content Builder.
- Migrate legacy email builds into a standardised design system.
- Perform quality assurance checks including rendering, deliverability, and troubleshooting.
- Support A/B testing, benchmarking, and continuous optimisation of email designs.
- Implement interactive and personalised email components to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with CRM, engineering, and external agency teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Share best practices and enable self-service capabilities for automation teams.
