Temporary 3rd Line Service Desk

In this role, I will depend on you to provide technical support and manage the infrastructure and security requirements for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft Infrastructure, which includes Entra ID, Azure, VMs, and hosted services while ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials. You will oversee endpoint management tasks involving MDM/Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Manage Engine, manage Autopilot deployments, and enforce security baselines. I will expect you to ensure smooth backup operations, conduct regular recovery tests, and manage incident responses for backup and disaster recovery. Furthermore, you will pro­actively monitor and enhance our infrastructure, participate in technical projects, and engage in monthly client meetings. Your role will also include handling service desk tickets, diagnosing issues, escalating when needed, and contributing to the knowledge base development.
