Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and 365 admin tools (Entra, Intune, Exchange, MDM)
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, iOS/Android
- Understanding and experience of networks, firewalls, switches, and patch panels
- Hardware/software maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- HND / degree in IT or related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line / desktop support to end users across the organisation
- Perform routine IT maintenance
- Maintain helpdesk tickets and report weekly KPIs to the Head of IT
- Support cybersecurity processes including patching, backups, and antivirus
- Assist with and drive IT projects and initiatives
Description
We are seeking an IT Administrator to provide first-line support, maintain core IT systems, and assist with a range of improvement projects for our client in Pencoed. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £27,000 and £30,000, along with excellent benefits. Due to the location, candidates will need to have access to their own vehicle, with free parking available on-site.
