Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and policy management is essential, alongside expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices is necessary. Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent are required, and CISSP certification (or a willingness to work towards one) is preferred. We also value experience in leading IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will become the go-to expert for resolving IT issues across hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will efficiently manage all IT, mobile, and telecom contracts, and create user training materials to enhance IT awareness and self-service capability. You will oversee and maintain the Daktela and Horizon phone systems, as well as install, configure, and manage cloud and network IT infrastructure. Supporting and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment will be part of your responsibilities, along with managing onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, permissions, and data security. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for IT process enhancements and automation, working closely with department heads to fulfill business IT requirements.

Our salary for this position will be between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience.
