Must:
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. The ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and produce actionable insights is essential. Additionally, we value strong time management and organizational skills. Experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or B2B sectors, is preferred. We seek someone who is curious, proactive, and ambitious, with a desire to grow and develop, alongside a commitment to professional development and upskilling. We support pursuing a CII Qualification.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide accurate and insightful reports. You will develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions. Monitoring key performance metrics to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities will be part of your duties. You will collaborate with various teams to define requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems will be your responsibility, along with supporting data-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience.
Description
This permanent position is based full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm) at our head office close to Cosham. Due to the location, it would be preferable for candidates to have their own vehicle, although public transport links are available. We offer a competitive salary starting at approximately £27,000, with opportunities for growth quickly through development.
