Project Administrator

We are seeking candidates with proven working experience as a project administrator or in an administrative role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). You should possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask, are essential. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. In terms of education and work experience, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, including senior management, using appropriate and professional language. You should be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exemplary employee service. The ability to work independently and complete tasks within given parameters, routines, and regulations is also necessary. Additionally, you should comply with all integrated ISO management systems and be aware of ISO data security systems at all times. Regular punctual attendance, clear communication skills over the phone and in writing, and the ability to manage administrative tasks such as timesheets and expenses accurately are also required. Lastly, you must be capable of handling changing workloads and remain productive during both busy and slow periods while exercising patience in stressful situations.
