Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role within infrastructure, connectivity, or networking. Proficiency with Ekahau and the ability to conduct professional Wi-Fi surveys is essential. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills, with independent thinking to make sound decisions. Excellent communication skills are vital, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with clients. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, along with attention to detail, are key attributes. Additionally, we expect you to be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

- CSCS certification
- Full UK driving license
*Desirable Qualifications:*
- ECS / CSCS certification
- IPaf certification
- SC Clearance
- NVVP3 certification
- Sentinel Card
- Awareness of WAN/MPLS technologies
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist with the deployment of structured cabling and connectivity solutions across multiple client projects. Your collaboration with clients and internal teams will ensure that all requirements are met effectively and efficiently. You will work alongside our technical team to implement network solutions and conduct Wi-Fi site surveys using Ekahau, providing accurate reports and recommendations. Troubleshooting and fault-finding network and connectivity issues will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, requiring initiative and independent thinking to deliver optimal solutions.
*Specific Duties Include:*
- Installation of Cat6 and Cat6a cabling
- Installation of Fibre Optic cables
- Termination of Cat6/6a and fibre panels
- Termination of Cat6/6a wall outlets
- Conducting onsite cabling surveys, including detailed documentation
- Providing remote technical assistance for our Engineering teams related to installation of switches and routers
- Installing Wi-Fi devices across our network of customers
- Completing site documentation and testing requirements
- Assisting our NOC/Helpdesk in resolving hardware issues
- Installing 4G solutions
- Performing PC and printer installations
- Running projects on-site
