- Understanding of local ERP part number setup.
- Technical background is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with product master data is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Match active local items with master lists provided by MDM.
- Maintain cross-references between local part numbers and Global Part Numbers (GPN).
- Request creation of missing GPNs.
- Implement GPNs in local ERP systems.
- Update general and technical attributes for existing GPNs.
- Add translations of product titles and field names.
- Upload or request required images, drawings, and documents.
- Ensure consistency with global taxonomy and attributes.
- Apply global data standards and naming conventions.
- Identify data issues and propose corrections.
- Ensure data accuracy across ERP and PIM.
- Support SAP S/4HANA readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Global MDM & PIM teams.
- Provide feedback on local data conditions.
- Support global pilot and rollout projects.
- Align with Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, and IT teams.

As we expand through acquisitions and new ventures, we prioritize ERP and operational process harmonization, particularly in product master data unification and transitioning to the Fluiconnecto Part Number framework.
