Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years recent, full-time residency in the UK for government SC security clearance
- No criminal record and no travel to UK government defined countries of concern
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Analyst and/or Project Management role
- Experience managing projects within large organisations (2,000+ users)
- Ability to demonstrate a good technical aptitude or have experience within technical teams
- Any experience working within an ITIL environment is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Assist with bid work
- Act as the key point of contact for clients
- Manage project discovery phases
- Gather client requirements
- Conduct process mapping and process design
- Perform data modeling
- Define themes, epics, and stories for development
- Develop and continuously manage the project plan
- Maintain project RAID logs
- Provide project reporting for internal and client-facing needs
- Manage the development backlog
- Organize and facilitate client workshops
- Conduct demos for clients and prospective clients
- Manage and chair project review calls with clients
- Create test scripts and manage client test sessions
- Oversee release management to change controlled environments
- Communicate with clients
- Potentially run small group training sessions

Our clients are mainly large organizations such as multi-nationals, government, and military. We are currently expanding our team to handle large projects in our pipeline.
